Gustavo Santana Borges

Graduated in Business Administration from the University of Brasília (UnB) and with a specialization in Finance from IBMEC, he began his career in the private sector, working for five years in a large company in the telecommunications sector. A career civil servant at Anatel for 15 years, he was Superintendent of Obligation Control between 2020 and 2024, leading actions related to sanctioning processes, regulatory commitments and strategic topics such as cybersecurity, risk management, crisis response, public alerts, combating fraud, implementing 5G and quality of services. Since October 2024, he has held the position of Executive Superintendent of the Agency, coordinating the integrated performance of the technical areas and supporting senior management in the definition and execution of institutional priorities.
